I am a long-time North Seattle resident and community leader. I'm familiar with properties all over north King and south Snohomish counties, and am especially expert in properties along Thornton Creek and its tributaries.

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, and am also certified by the At Home with Diversity program for working effectively with diverse buyers and sellers. I've also been awarded the National Association of Realtors' "Green" designation, certifying my expertise in identifying homes with features that make them healthier to live in, more resource-efficient, and with less impact on the planet. I can help you evaluate how to add these features to an existing home, or to one that you are thinking about buying.

I work with a great team at Windermere's Northwest Seattle office, together with specialists in mortgage financing, title, and escrow (not to mention photographers, housecleaners, landscapers, painters, home stagers, handymen, and more!).
